How do I reset all settings and start fresh?

Deactivate the plugin, then Delete it from the Plugins screen. WordPress runs
uninstall.php, which removes all plugin options and thebpxl_manage_whatsappcapability from roles. Upload and activate the plugin again to get a clean install (defaults only until you save new settings).
