Admin Notes Widget By Website14 is a lightweight and user-friendly plugin that adds
a sticky notes widget to your WordPress dashboard. Perfect for administrators who

## 安装

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/admin-notes-widget-by-website14`
    directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
 3. The Admin Notes Widget will automatically appear on your dashboard.

## 常见问题

### What permissions are required to use this plugin?

Users with ‘read’ capability can create and manage their own notes. Users with ‘
manage_options’ capability can send notes to other administrators.

### Can I customize the note colors?

Currently, the plugin supports four predefined colors: yellow, blue, green, and 
red. Future versions may include color customization options.

### Are my notes private?

Yes, each user only sees their own notes and notes that have been sent to them by
other administrators.
