However, after reaching out to support, we were told that none of these features are actually in development, despite being clearly listed as “coming soon” on their site. This feels like a deliberate upsell tactic: advertise future features to sell the Pro version, but then fail to deliver or even plan them. We genuinely needed scanning functionality for our events, and it’s disappointing to learn it was never on their roadmap. Well, it might be, but it’s way too complicated to set up, and if you don’t run an English version of a site, then overall, it’s very cumbersome and useless.
