External Link Redirection plugin is free. It can help you triple your income from
your ads by showing people more ads when they visit external links inside your articles
or pages

You will have options to place your ad code inside the plugin settings and select
a page, people who click on any external link on an article inside your website,
will not leave your website, instead, they will be redirected to a waiting page 
with a timer, showing your ads, after the timer is done, people will see a button
informing them that they are good to go with the external link
