I like the Lorem Ipsum Dummy Article Shortcode plugin both for its brevity (I think[
lll] really is long enough for a shortcode) and for its versatility: it doesn’t 
simple generate a few paragraphs of text, but generates what looks like a real article(
or page) with images and all. Plus, you can tailor it to your specific needs. I 
sure am glad this plugin still works under WP 4.6.x and I keep my fingers crossed
that it may continue to do so for many iterations of WP yet to come.
