This plugin modifies the titles of posts in the latest posts block, changing them
from links to H3 elements. This improves the visual hierarchy, SEO, and accessibility
by ensuring proper heading structure for screen readers and better compliance with
WCAG guidelines.

## 安装

 1. Upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/plugins/modify-latest-post-title` directory,
