 1. Install the NextGEN Gallery plugin.
 2. Upload the `nggImageRotation` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
 4. Place the shortcode `[nggallery id=1 template="imagerotation"]` in your templates
