Try Disabling other plugins, there may be any conflict with another plugin. ### Members are not being added spontaneously. 1. Due to the nature of Discord API, we have to use schedules to precisely control API calls, that why actions are delayed. ### Member roles are not being assigned spontaneously. 1. Due to the nature of Discord API, we have to use schedules to precisely control API calls, that why actions are delayed. ### Some members are not getting their role and there is no error in the log. 1. Sometimes discord API behaves weirdly, It is suggested to TRY again OR use another discord account. ### After expiry or member cancellation the roles are not being removed 1. It is seen in discord API that it return SUCCESS but does not work sometimes. This only works on LearnPress for me. I have tried to set it up on Paid Memberships Pro and Ultimate Member before trying with LearnPress. I want this to work with PMP as I am trying to offer subscriptions not just courses and it wont let me set the roles or anything. Thanks to the developers that fixed the issue and notified me regarding the fix. I hope from now on the support will be more responsive and provide solutions to its customers. Keep up the good work.OLD REVIEW: I was really holding my self for months not to give a bad review, but it’s become too frustrating to ignore. The support for this add-on is simply terrible. After 2-3 follow-ups over a month, I rarely get a reply, and when I do, it’s often generic and unhelpful. Most times, I had to debug their code myself and provide the solution, which defeats the purpose of having support. It’s a shame because PMP (Paid Memberships Pro) itself is a great plugin with responsive support, but this particular add-on is a disappointment.
