Process & Queue Manager (PQM) is a production queue and workflow management plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce.

PQM Free is designed for businesses that use WooCommerce as the source of customer orders and need a structured way to organize production work around those orders.

Instead of managing production only through order notes, spreadsheets, messages, or disconnected task lists, PQM adds a dedicated production layer inside the WordPress admin area.   1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/pqm-production-queue/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
  2. Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress.
  3. Install and activate WooCommerce if you want to use PQM Free for practical production task creation.
  4. Open the Production menu in the WordPress admin area.
  5. Configure departments, production statuses, workflows, and user access.
  6. Start managing production tasks connected with WooCommerce orders.
