As of March 9, 2026, their support team has only replied to say that the control we used inside their app to temporarily resolve the issue was not supposed to be used. That was the entire response. There was no investigation into the problem and no solution offered. We have now given them an ultimatum to get back to us. If they do not respond properly, we will remove the app and cancel the subscription. I honestly do not understand how businesses like this stay in business.
