With this plugin you can warn other wp-admin users. For example, you can type “**
Don’t touch widgets! I’ll fix it tomorrow !**”

## 安装

 1. Upload `woa.php` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
