### Is this plugin really free?
Yes. You get **unlimited optimizations** and **unlimited scanner usage**—forever.
No credit card, no registration.
### Does it use an API or external servers?
No. All optimization and scanning runs locally on your server. Your images never
leave your site. The Pro license key is used only to unlock features and updates—
never for image processing.
### Are my original images safe?
Yes. Every action creates an automatic backup before any change. You can restore
any image with one click. Nothing is overwritten without a backup.
### Will this break my site?
No. Nothing is deleted or replaced without backup and your manual confirmation.
The scanner shows you exactly what it found before you decide to delete anything.
### Does it improve SEO?
